Every bonus comes with a wagering multiplier. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must place ৳5,000 worth of bets before you can withdraw.
If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period after claiming a bonus (typically 7–30 days), both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

To close your account, please contact Support. All pending bets must be settled and any available balance withdrawn before closure.
